The space
This cozy apartment-style property mixes the outdoors with the city. Being a modern take on a minimalist ideal, this space offers a look on how you can live off the basics. It will offer everything you will ever need in a short-term rental.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use anything and everything on site. Whether you need to use our bike rack built out back or you need to wash your clothes after a long hike. There is also a gas fire pit, chairs and coolers on the deck, and a National-Park style BBQ you can use as well! We use several tank-less water heaters for all the hot water you will need. Please note the key to the laundry room below will be placed on the shelve right next to the door.
Interaction with guests
As far as getting in, we use a keypad entry to make it easier on you. You will receive the code to enter the home a few days prior to the reservation. There is great cell connection and WiFi is provided in the unit. The co-hosts number will be provided to you in the Guidebook if you encounter any issues whatsoever.
This unit is located inside a property with 10 occupied units, so there is a good chance you will be presented the opportunity to connect with the tenants that live there.
Other things to note
The laundry facility is located just under the main apartments in the basement. It only costs a total of $3 dollars to both wash and dry your clothes, and you can pay with either coin or card! There will be a laundry key located on the shelf next to the door that you can use for access.
You may also use the fire pit located on the opposite side of the property. It is gas powered and has a safety switch that you have to turn back on about every hour.
